Wynwood Websites and AI

Privacy

This site is run by Biscayne Digital Concepts LLC, doing business as Wynwood Websites and AI, in Florida. Here is what happens to the information you send us.

What we collect

When you book a call, we get your name, your email, and the email of anyone you add as a guest. When you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to talk with you about the work. That's all we use it for.

We don't sell it

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How it reaches us

Calls are booked on zcal, a scheduling service, at zcal.co/adam-bair. Its booking page asks for your name and your email, and lets you add guests. Calls happen on Google Meet. Emails come to our inbox, support@wynwoodwebsitesandai.com, which runs on Google Workspace.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs, such as the time of a visit and the address the request came from.

This site does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. The Alex demo chat is an outside tool and sets its own. See “The Alex demo” below.

The Alex demo

The chat on the Alex page is a demo. It runs on Pickaxe, an outside company. It is not run by this site.

If you use it, what you type goes to Pickaxe. Pickaxe's policy says that what you type into a chat is data, and that the chat's owner can see it. Here, the owner is us. Please use a made-up name and number.

The chat loads when the demo comes into view on your screen. Once it loads, it sets its own cookies and saves some information in your browser. These come from Pickaxe and from Stripe, the payment company Pickaxe uses. If you never scroll to the demo, they don't load.

Pickaxe has its own privacy policy: pickaxe.co/privacy. So does Stripe: stripe.com/privacy.

The voice assistant

On pages where you see the “Talk to us with your voice” button, it opens a voice and chat assistant. It is run by an outside company called Foyer. It is not run by this site.

If you use it, what you say or type goes to Foyer. Foyer's policy says it saves chats and transcripts, and voice recordings where recording is on. It also says ElevenLabs, another company, handles the voice part of a conversation. To use voice, your browser will ask for permission to use your microphone. You can say no and type instead, or not use the assistant at all.

Foyer has its own privacy policy: tryfoyer.ai/privacy-policy. So does ElevenLabs: elevenlabs.io/privacy-policy.

The “Optional analytics” box

That box comes from Foyer, too. It asks whether you want to share usage analytics with Foyer. The assistant works either way.

  • Decline keeps those analytics off.
  • Accept turns them on. Foyer then keeps a visitor ID for that browser tab only and reports your visits to Foyer. Foyer's policy says it uses an anonymous ID and doesn't build a profile of you.
  • Privacy settings, a link Foyer adds at the bottom of the pages where the voice button shows, lets you change your mind later.

Foyer doesn't set cookies. Your choice is saved in your own browser so the box doesn't ask again, and Foyer's code keeps it for about six months.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until our conversation ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

How to ask us to delete it

Email support@wynwoodwebsitesandai.com and ask. We'll delete what you sent us and reply to confirm.

Changes

If this changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
