Alex, the PI Client Converter, is an AI agent I built for injury firms. After hours, it talks with visitors, follows your rules, and texts the retainer to sign. You can review each signed case in the morning.
Someone is hurt, searching at night, and finds your site. No one answers, so they keep searching. In personal injury, it's all about signing the client quickly. A contact form that waits until morning is too slow.
If an ad brought them, you already paid for the ones who leave. Use your firm's own figures. The math runs as you type.
Fill in the boxes above to see your totals.
These totals use only your firm's figures. They're an estimate, not a forecast of what Alex will sign, and they never leave this page.
Bring these numbers to the call, and tell me how your firm takes cases now.

I'm Adam Bair, a former trial lawyer of 14 years. I built Alex because my friends' firms had no way to catch visitors after hours. It's the work I'm most proud of.
Tell me how your firm takes cases now.
I build Alex around your case rules and your retainer, test it, and you sign off before launch.
It starts answering visitors on your site.
Pick a time that works for you. We'll talk over a video call about your business and where to start.

PrivacyPlay someone just hurt in a car crash. Alex works for a made-up firm here, so nothing gets sent, not even the retainer. Use a made-up name and number.
Try to trip it up. Ask what your case is worth, or if you're talking to a real person. The demo has a usage limit. If it's paused, book a call and I'll show you Alex live.
No. It sends your retainer only when a case fits your rules. The rest get an answer and a way to reach your office.
A copy of every retainer Alex sent, and an email for each case it passed to a person. You can still review a signed case and decline it.
No. It says up front that it's an AI, not a person or a lawyer. It never gives legal advice or says what a case is worth. Try it in the demo.
It doesn't guess. Anything unclear goes to a person at your firm, and you get an email.
It checks on how the person is doing before it asks a single question, and it asks one question at a time. Try it in the demo and judge for yourself.
No. Alex works in the chat on your website. It doesn't answer calls.
Not necessarily. Book a call and I'll look at the site you have. If it's outdated, I can rebuild that too.
Tools that help a firm turn a first contact into a signed client. Alex is an AI agent that does it on your website, any time.
When a case fits your rules, Alex asks if it can text them, then sends your retainer to their phone. They can sign it right there, even at 2 a.m. on a Sunday.
There are no published prices. Alex starts with a one-time setup fee, plus a monthly fee to keep it running for your firm. You pay no monthly fee until Alex signs your first client: someone who signs your retainer through Alex and doesn't cancel within 3 business days. Alex has to be live and easy to find on your site, with your retainer and case rules loaded.
